Itwaga Primary School

Itwaga Primary School, in Mgama Village, has 417 students and 7 staff members who needed water from contaminated surface wells to supplement what they can harvest from rain collection. The hand pump well was drilled and installed on the school grounds to provide ready access to clean water. WASH training was conducted to educate students and staff for safe water management.
